Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within one working day.
Orders placed before 12pm (midday) are usually dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday, or over the weekend, will be processed on the next working day (excluding bank holidays).
We offer the following UK delivery options:
- Standard UK Delivery (2–3 working days): £3.99 on orders under £30, free on orders over £30.
- Next Working Day Delivery: £7.99 per order on eligible orders placed before the daily cut-off.
All orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to your chosen contact method.
Delivery times are based on working days only. While most orders arrive within the stated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to courier networks and external factors. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow up to 10 working days from dispatch before contacting us.
We currently deliver within the UK only. Due to the nature of pressurised aerosol products, international shipping is not available at this time. We are actively exploring options to offer international delivery in the future.
We use trusted third-party courier services to deliver your order. In rare cases where a parcel is delayed or lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or refund in line with our returns policy.
Collections
We do not currently offer in-person collections. This option may be introduced in the future.
